Returns & Refunds

We have a hassle-free 30-day return policy for products purchased on this website. If it has been less than 30 days since your purchase, you can feel free to return the item no questions asked.

If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. After the 30-day return window, all products purchased on this website are covered under our Limited 1-Year Warranty, which covers manufacturer's defects that manifest during the first year after purchase. Wear and tear from use are not covered. See the "Repairs & Refurbishments" section below for instructions on how to submit a warranty claim.

To start the return process, send an email to Support@PacificBreezeProducts.com with your full name, email address, physical address, order ID # and the reason for the return. We will confirm your return and let you know if there are any issues via email. Once your return has been confirmed, you can send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

When sending back an item, you should use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance as we can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your eligible return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and we will begin the process of refunding your purchase on your original method of payment within 10 business days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Repairs & Refurbishments

After the 30 day return window, all products purchased on this website are covered under our Limited 1-Year Warranty, which covers manufacturer's defects that manifest during the first year after purchase. Wear and tear from use are not covered.

If you purchased your product on this website within the past 12 months, and you need to submit a warranty claim send us an email at Support@PacificBreezeProducts.com with your full name, email address, physical address, order ID # and the reason for the warranty claim. We will follow up to confirm your claim, and let you know if there are any issues. Once your exchange or claim has been confirmed, send your item to:

Purchases on Amazon.com

Amazon has a hassle-free 30 day return policy for products purchased on Amazon.com. If it has been less than 30 days since your purchase, you can feel free to return the item to Amazon no questions asked. Unfortunately we cannot manually process your return or refund for an Amazon purchase, you must contact Amazon customer support at 1-866-216-1072.

If 30 days have passed since your Amazon purchase, unfortunately returns & refunds are unavailable. However, all products purchased from Pacific Breeze Products on Amazon.com are covered under our Limited 1-Year Warranty, which covers manufacturer's defects that manifest during the first year after purchase. Wear and tear from use are not covered. Our Limited 1-Year Warranty does not apply to products purchased from Amazon sellers other than Pacific Breeze Products including Amazon Warehouse Deals. See the "Repairs & Refurbishments" section below for instructions on how to submit a warranty claim.

All Other Purchases 

If you purchased one of our products through an unauthorized retailer (anyone besides this website or Pacific Breeze Products on Amazon.com), please reach out to the retailer/seller to process your return as we do not offer returns, refunds or warranties on products purchased through unauthorized retailers.
